Green Pac is certified according to FSSC 22000, Food Safety System Certification.

FSSC is an abbreviation for Food Safety System Certification. FSSC 22000 is a certification program aimed at providing consumers with safe food.

FSSC 22000 is owned by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification, a non-profit foundation based in the Netherlands. The foundation's board includes representatives from various stakeholders in the food chain.

More information about FSSC 22000 and the requirements of the certification program can be found on their website, www.fssc22000.com. There, you can also find current figures on the number of certified companies under FSSC 22000, and there is a function to search for certified companies.

All our electricity is procured through the Good Environmental Choice electricity agreement.

We obtain our electricity from Öresundskraft through the Good Environmental Choice electricity agreement. This means there is an origin guarantee that all electricity comes from renewable sources such as solar, wind, and hydropower. Good Environmental Choice is the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation's own eco-label, making it easier to find products and services that are less harmful to the environment.

Collaboration with RSCUED

In connection with sorting assignments, there is sometimes waste that is still usable but, for various reasons, does not meet the established quality standards. We collaborate with Rscued, a company that produces juices, shots, and smoothies from items at risk of being unnecessarily discarded.

In many cases, Rscued can take care of the surplus. It's a way for you to reduce waste management costs and generate less waste. Rscued always processes the fruits and vegetables, creating new products, so there is no risk of the raw materials reaching the market and affecting prices.
